what kind of things could a picky eater like me eat?
basically, i'm a VERY picky eater..
i eat no meat except for shrimp (preferably grilled..well done only..) & sushi(seems scary to make myself)
i don't like noodles..
or anything with the texture of a noodle.. slimy, squishy, etc.
and im trying to be healthy by cooking for myself.. =/
any suggestions on what i could try to make/any recipes?
and i usually dont like potatoes either..
but i do like foreign cuisine like italian or japanese.
forgot to mention that.
ive tried all the foods i dont like,
the issue is with texture,
nothing slimy or squishy.
Sushi is great and it really isn't that hard to make. There are a lot of vegetarian type rolls, so you don't even have to bother with the raw fish part.
There is kappa-maki, which means cucumber roll. Really delicious!
I make it all the time at home. Just visit the following site. It'll show you how to cook and season sushi rice (this is big!) and choose the proper ingredients.
Give it a try!
