I need to find a book about how to make candy/chocolate Sushi...!!!?
hi, i am trying to find a good cookbook about how to make dessert sushi. You know, sushi made of chocolate, candy, rice krispies, ect...
here are some example sites with pictures of what i am trying to do. they have ok instructions but i want to find something like...The big book of how to make candy sushi... instead of finding a regular suishi book with 3 pages about candy sushi...
So does anyone know if such a book exists?

honestly I don't think a book like that exists. I mean, there are only so many ways to make candy sushi. but what I think you should do is experiment with different ways you can think of. that sounds really fun to me. making different kinds of candy sushi all from your own mind. I think I might do that now.
