Does anyone have a good beginners sushi recipe?

I love sushi to death...My favorite is the tuna maki rolls!
Does anyone know how I can easily make a simple roll such as the tuna rolls? I may also add that I live in a dorm room and have limited amounts of cooking space.
Some tips/recipes/pointers would be greatly appreciated!
