Japanese Food Recipes For Free
If you are lovers of traditional Japanese food and are interested in various food yourself, here are two of the most famous Japanese recipes you can enjoy.
Sushi - traditional dish usually consists three basic ingredients: shellfish, seaweed and rice. Famous varieties of this dish includes California Maki, Futo Maki and Maki Ebi. Their names indicate the type of seafood or ingredient used in the dish. "Futo" for example indicates that the main ingredient is the egg.
To Ebi (shrimp) sushi, you need:
- Shrimp
- Sushi rice (short - Japanese rice cooked with a mixture of vinegar and sugar)
- Wasabi
- Japanese soy sauce
Preparation:
- Prepare shrimp per skewer from head to tail. This is to prevent Curling during cooking.
- Boil water lightly seasoned with salt and place the shrimp until it turns pink.
- Once cooked shrimp the vein and cool.
- Shape sushi rice into rectangular blocks that are approximately 1.5 to 2 inches long.
- Spread a thin layer of wasabi on the underside of cooked shrimp.
- Place the shrimp on top of rice as and serve with sauce made of soy sauce in Japan.

- A package of noodles
- Slices of cooked pork
- Chives
- Shiitake Mushrooms
- Bamboo Shoots
- Dry Seaweed
- 1 egg
- 6 cups water
Preparation:
- Create broth, combine mushrooms and water in a pot.
- Heat the water and put out the fire when a boil.
- Let soak the mushrooms in 30 minutes before removing with a slotted spoon.
- Cook noodles per package instructions and boil the egg until well done.
- Join ramen layered ingredients. The noodles should go first, followed by pork, boiled and sliced mushrooms.
- Finish the soup by pouring the broth.
