best sushi maki (roll) uve done?

Philadelphia Roll is the best I've tried this. Not the cold sushi usual, but rather a sushi with salmon and cream cheese filling, roll the dough covered and fried tempura. Instead of wasabi sauce + soy sauce, this roll is dipped in May Japan with a light teriyaki sauce (I think). So when you bite into it, a mixture of hot and cold sushi. Yummeh!
