Help ingredients of sushi.?
I need recommendations for the ingredients of sushi (California Rolls I) The last time I actually used the canned crab meat and was cheap, does not operate well at all. I try to make crab (with cucumber) shrimp, and this guy with orange sauce. I like tuna too. What brands and food markets you recommend? I get my algae of Marsh.
Anyway, I'm going to suggest "fresh" the fish markets. Using jumbo crab, which works best. I made my own spicy tuna rolls in the past. Diced tuna. I about 2 tablespoons. Mayo, 1 tsp Tea. Tabasco, 1 / 2 teaspoon of tea. mustard, 1 tsp. chili sauce, a pinch of black pepper and a dash of lemon juice. Mix everything together and run on the Inside algae. You can use more Tabasco or hot sauce of your choice. You can also substitute Chinese mustard Brown mustard if you like it hotter. Besides, I prefer avocado on cucumber. There are plenty of sushi cookbooks out there that can help. I am a chef of a large national restaurant chain. Check the link I posted below. I make sushi all the time new is a great site! Enjoy!
