What is the special sauce? No soy sauce.?
So I'm going to this Japanese restaurant and have a salsa "special" which is used for soaking of California roll. It's the same consistency as soy sauce, but not too salty and a lighter color. I saw the waitresses at some trickle Sriracha sauce to spicy. Chives also floating in it. What could be the main ingredient of salsa. I love it and not tell me the recipe. The thing is, that have an interesting couple of hours and I can not always in my rolls so I have to go elsewhere, but never the same unless you have a special sauce. All ideas of the prescription.
Probably Shiro-soy sauce or soy sauce white. This is not white, but is much lighter than Most soy sauces, as it is fermented for a shorter period. It has a mild aroma and sweet flavor is excellent and very tasty. Much more "regular" soy sauce is not a good match with delicate sushi and sashimi. He often had soy sauce - or shiro dashi - bread served with sesame seeds and chives as a sauce.

Neri Wasabi Tube 1.52 Oz. $1.69 WASABI! The Japanese horseradish found in Sushi Bars and Restaurants, this is Hot Stuff! It adds that special "kick" to your sushi or sashimi (raw fish) and also makes a wonderful sauce for any kind of fish, raw, cooked or otherwise (especially batter fried!) when mixed with mayonaisse or another great sauce for potstickers when mixed with soy sauce.... |
