Is it okay to eat 800-1100 calories per day if I feel full?
Lately I've been substituting a lot of what I eat with fresh fruits and vegetables. Because I'm eating so much of these things, I feel less hungry. I've been noticing at the end of each day that I've only been eating about 800-1100 calories per day, but I am not hungry. Is this ok?
Here would be a typical day for me:
Breakfast: 2 slices reduced calorie bread, calorie-free butter spray, 1 cup of grapes (150 cal)
Lunch: Caesar salad and yogurt (300 cal)
Dinner: Nigiri salmon sushi, miso soup, green tea (350 cal)
Snacks: Orange and Kiwi (150 cal)
See, that's only 950 calories! But at the end of the day I feel satisfied and full.
Is this ok?
I forgot most days I will have a serving of skim milk with breakfast or lunch, which adds another 90 calories.
The bread is whole grain
sounds good to me.. but i would really try to add in a peice of baked chicken or fish.. you need the protein.. in the morning put a spoon full of peanut butter on your toast.. remember you want to eat HEALTHY.. not unhealthy.
