how long does california roll last

Is it wrong to make this payment?

Well, this is probably a very silly question, but never really that far ... I have a great project I have to do sushi, and many of them. Probably about 100 to 200 pieces of approx. I began to do today (May 19) and the need to do May 22 ... I making California Rolls (Avacado / cucumber / crab meat) and cucumber Rolls ... Are you able to endure, or are rotten or what? Also, someone suggested I tell them to do the day before, I'm supposed to come .. But there is no way I could win 100 or two rolls in an hour or two ... Not only that, I'm fairly new to them, and I mess a bit (about 2 or 3 out of 5 rolls of fact). So, basically, is about 100 rolls of sushi in a position to make 3 days worth of time (in a refrigerator with plastic wrap or something to seal it so that the rice does not harden?) or would that ruin everything?

Experiece sushi is something that should be taken really cool rapidly deteriorating because ... One day max. 3 is offline. Mainly because avocado and cucumber rot quickly. Do not want to sound like your mother, but if it wern't willing to rise early and do the work that probably should not have chosen the sushi. Try to ensure that most night before and then end up in the morning. Actually only way I feel.
