Why is my homeade sushi taste like crap?
I love sushi i guess rolls or shrimp tempura or California rolls. basic commands, but when I try to do at home it tastes terrible. Does anyone have any good recipes or arguments in this regard. IVE also found that the hibachi grills are very good, but is impossible to recreate this food at home, especially fried rice. the sushi rice taste more watery sweet and moderation and also my very own tastes
This does not specify how it does or why you think it tastes bad. There are several factors and often there are books on how to make sushi.
